  • WSE Institutional offers Independent Registered Representatives risk management and turnkey scalable trading solutions for their online clients and their full service clients.
  • WSE Institutional has the capacity to be “private labeled,” and therefore, can equip Independent Registered Representatives with “Big Enterprise” ability. Customers and clients can only view the Independent Registered Representative’s name or logo on line.
  • WallStreet*E’s HCRM (Human Customer Relationship Management) staff is available to assist Independent Registered Representatives with ongoing support and assistance with all aspects of business management and customer service for their clients.
Model for Registered Reps.
  • Series 7, 24, 4 and all other certifications are held with Wallstreet*E. Independent Registered Representatives (Brokers) can earn a pay out of up to 90%, and typically set their own commission schedule.
  • Compensation for Independent Brokers is commission (or transaction) based. Independent Brokers are considered independent contractors who are self employed.
  • Independent Brokers have the option of establishing themselves as Registered Investment Advisors through our Hybrid model, and can build equity in their own practice.
  • In their role as Brokers and Investment Advisors, they may charge fees and/or commissions on executed transactions and managed assets.
  • WallStreet*E’s HCRM (Human Customer Relationship Management) staff provides ongoing support to Independent Registered Representatives with all aspects of servicing their clients and managing their practice.
