In such case were the business relationship may be terminated bewteen Independent Broker and WallStreet*E the “Premium Label Trading Platform” will no longer be made available for use by Independent Broker. Additionally, there will be no refunds for any funds Independent Broker pays for the integration of the platform or refunds of the monthly system maintenance fees.
